By purchasing this product you hereby agree the product will be used for microscopy purposes only and not for any activities outside of legal boundaries. Once package is shipped and documentation is provided we will not cover weather conditions and advise to wait before purchasing during inclement weather that may occur during transit in your area (Freezing temps and Heat damage over 85 degrees). Any product that is listed the GENETICS HAVE BEEN WORKED ON therefore we cannot be held accountable to vendors claiming their genetics are being used when they have been reset to spore before listing. We do not hoarde genetics but only provide everyone with the equal affordable opportunity to enjoy them instead of going to hundreds of sites and stores they are available here. Nothing listed in our store has been recreated in any such manner as currently isolation names are not copyrighted to an individual or company to date. We have the right to refuse and deny service based on vendor’s (my) discretion. However as part of sporeswaps we will always inform of any such issue to the site manager prior to making such decisions.
Shipping Policy
We ship 2 days as our goal but due to volume increases and supply shortages 4 days is the maximum time allowed. If your order has not shipped in 4 days please reach out to us, prepaid postage can take up to 24 hours to recieve accurate scanning information and precise location once
Return Policy
We have a 14 DAY upon Delivery date return policy. If an item is contaminated we will work with you to correct the issue and send out a replacement as soon as possible. We will not accept returns after 7 days and bonuses are not replaceable as they were not part of the transaction but a Thankyou from the vendor. We need to have a picture date and time stamped in picture of contamination evidence prior to sending customer a new culture/ spore syringe. Grain pictures of issues is an unacceptable form of proof there is an issue.
