~leaving initial review a bit early, because I do update my reviews. Genetics looked great, and just 1 week and every single one is colonizing great. My setup this go around is more dialed in and everything colonizing quicker and more evenly. basic sab for all inoculations. orissas are the most aggressive on both brf and millet. Supermak is right behind, and has arguably the healthiest looking expansion in brf jars. My first try with PEs, and they too are better than expected. After 1 week, every single inoculation point used shows signs of typical colonization- a clear improvement from my 1st round w/ this vendor I’d also like to mention that this guy is so knowledgeable and has no ego about it which is really a rare thing. No condescension towards asking dumb questions or anything like that. I randomly chose this vendor for my first try, and honestly I see no point going anywhere else at this point in time

So normally I have had good luck with the vendor but I have to leave a bad review this time because only 1 out of 5 LCs have inoculated my grains. I used 4 bags for each LC and 4 out 5 have yet to even show 1 spot of mycelium in the bag. I don't know if I got a bad batch but I know my bags are sterile and my set up is dialed in so just think the cultures weren't good. Hopefully this gets mitigated because it's money lost out of my pocket.

I've ordered research spores from other vendors before, but this was the best experience I've had. The shipping was fast, the packaging looked great, and the syringes were amazing! The price for the Jack Frost spores is also better than anywhere else I've seen. As an aside, I don't know what the circumstances were, but an additional (smaller) bonus syringe was included with my order. Definitely not expected, but very much appreciated! I will absolutely be sticking with Mr. Mycelium in the future.
