How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is processed and shipped a confirmation email will be sent to your email address with your tracking number if applicable.
Why did I get only one of my products?
The tracking information shows that my order was delivered, but I never got anything, now what?
First, please check with your neighbors or other members of the household. It’s possible someone saw the package and decided to hold onto it for you. If there was no luck there, please call the shipping service that delivered your package (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc). It’s possible that there could be a delayed delivery or they are holding it for pick-up. If your order is still not accounted for, please contact SporeSwaps for additional instructions. We may ask for you to file a missing package claim with the shipping service so they can obtain some compensation for the package they lost or misplaced at delivery. It is at the vendors discretion if they will replace the missing item/items.
Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
Yes! Most vendors do ship outside of the U.S. Please allow time for your purchase to make it to you, usually around 3 weeks. Please know your countries laws in regards to spores before placing an order.
My order arrived damaged!
Sometimes packages can get damaged during shipping. Please contact us to handle your issue. It may be necessary to file a claim with the shipping service that delivered your package.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Within the U.S you should receive your order within 7 business days. Due to Covid, delivery may take a little longer. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time please contact us. Please remember, if you purchase from multiple vendors, they ship out products separately from one another.
What is your return and refund policy?
It is at the vendors discretion to do a return/refund. Please contact the vendor to discuss a return/refund. Do not mail items back to the vendors without a return authorization from them. Items are not accepted after 14 days of purchase. In most cases, if the item was lost or damaged in the mail, the vendors will send out a replacement.
What forms of payments do you accept?
There are 2 forms of payments we accept:
1. CashApp: At check-out you will be instructed to send payment to $sporeswaps. Once we receive payment your order will be processed.
2. Credit Card: Create an order and an email will be sent to you with a secure and private link to the Square credit card processor for payment. SporeSwaps will not see any of your sensitive information.
What is the surcharge I see at checkout?
The surcharge is the amount the processing companies charge per transaction
Will SporeSwaps ship to California, Georgia, or Idaho?
It is up to each vendor as to where they ship to. You can ask them under “product enguiry” when viewing a product.
How long has SporeSwaps been in business?
SporeSwaps created the website in 2021
When will an item be restocked?
Some spores sold by vendors are found in the wild. It’s impossible for them to predict when they will be able to find them again. Therefore, it’s possible that it may take a while for any restocks of a particular item.
