HOW & WHERE ARE THESE CULTURES MADE?
To ensure you have the most robust and stable material to study we source cloned & isolated cultures from trusted and verified sources around the world. All cultures are professionally produced in a commercial lab environment and each batch is verified to be free of any containments and viable for study.

ARE THESE LIQUID CULTURES LEGAL?
Yes (Except Georgia & Idaho). Our liquid culture syringes use a special blend of organic low dose nutrient solution that suspends the mycelium in a state that prevents it from producing any illegal active alkaloids (psilocin and psilocybin). These alkaloids will only be produced when the mycelium is introduced to a nutrient substrate and allowed to develop into further stages. These cultures are intended for microscopy purposes only; we cannot condone the growth of these cultures nor can we offer advice or answer questions regarding this matter. *Georgia and Idaho have specific laws that prohibit the sale of any spores/mycelium capable of producing psilocin and psilocybin. We can not deliver our products to these two states; Please do not ask.

HOW LONG WILL THESE CULTURES BE VIABLE AND HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
Store the culture in a refrigerator until you are able to utilize. DO NOT FREEZE – This will damage the live mycelium and it will no longer be viable for study. You should try to use your cultures withing three months of receipt (This is only the recommended time – our cultures have lasted much longer when stored properly – over a year in some cases.)

HOW AND WHERE DO YOU SHIP CULTURES? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are 100% FREE SHIPPING unless expedited services are required! We typically ship within 24 hours of ordering (excluding holidays and weekends) using USPS first class mail on any orders consisting of five kits or less. Any orders over five kits will be shipped USPS priority mail in a small flat rate box. You can expect to receive your order with 3 to 6 business days of purchase. We ship from the US to the US (Excluding Georgia & Idaho). Currently we do not offer any shipping outside of the United States. Any orders placed outside of the US will be refunded. If you require expedited services, please contact us prior to ordering.

IS SHIPPING DISCRETE?
Yes, your packed will arrive in a small padded envelope with nothing indicating the contents on the label or package. It may also arrive in a small flat rate box for larger orders.

SHIPPING IN COLD TEMPERATURES, IS IT SAFE?
You will receive a USPS tracking number for your order before it ships. The tracking number will provide the arrival date. If the temperature is going to be below freezing at the receiving location I encourage you to retrieve it out of the mail as soon as it arrives. It will not freeze in transit, all USPS carrier aircraft are temperature controlled.
