Keeping it honest

I ordered once in the past. Back then, the pack arrived speedy. In really just a few days. Fast forward two years and it took me almost two weeks to deliver at the same place. Partially the seller was slow ship but part was definitely the post office being slow. I speak about that experience to say this, he not only apologized, but he shipped a bonus culture with my order. Anyone would be satisfied with that (me included, I was genuinely happy about that) but he went out of his way to ship me a double of my order… it surprised me when I opened my mail. It even included ANOTHER bonus culture. So really he sent me 3 strains to research for one order. I’ve only ordered twice so far but each time I received quality cultures and now can see he really cares to take care of his customers. I couldn’t recommend this seller enough and have already recommended him to a fellow researcher. I chose him initially for the high volume of sales but more so because he is a veteran and it’s important to support the servicemen that make it back. I’ll definitely return when I need more supplies. I don’t care how long it takes because I’m now confident if there are any issues, he will take care of me.
