1. Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, shipments are sent via Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination location and/or customs clearance procedures. On average, domestic orders may take 3 to 7 business days until arrival, while international deliveries may take 7 to 21.

2. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as the destination, package weight, and any additional services requested by the customer (e.g., expedited shipping, package insurance). Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the completion of the order.

3. Customs and Import Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid to Foxfire Fungi.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.. Unfortunately in order to offer free and low cost shipping we are unable to provide tracking, although for an additional fee this can be added if desired.

5. Shipping Restrictions:
While we strive to accommodate international orders to the best of our ability, there may be certain products that are restricted from shipping to certain countries due to legal or logistical reasons. Additionally, some countries may have specific regulations or restrictions on the importation of certain goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the items they are ordering comply with any applicable laws or regulations in their country.
