However, spores are exposed to air as soon as the veil breaks from the cap. We recommend testing on agar for viability. Per our policy, for ANY replacements, you have 10 days from the day of delivery to contact us, with photos of a contaminated agar test, otherwise replacement(s) will not be granted. Only tests on agar will be accepted for replacement.
