All syringes are 10cc and come with an 18 gauge needle and alcohol prep wipe. When using this product, shake the syringe vigorously to evenly distribute the culture. Using 1cc to 1.5cc’s is the recommendation per use. Anything more than that has the potential for contamination from mold or bacteria. You have 10 days from day of package arrival to contact me with any issue with your order. . Contaminated grains will NOT count for replacement or refund. LC MUST BE TESTED ON AGAR and pics need to be provided. All Research Plates are 60mm x 15mm and use either an lmea recipe or Rit-Dye recipe that we've rigorously tested for optimal mycelial growth. All Research Plates are made to order and will take up to 10 days before it is shipment ready. If there is any issue with the quality of the plate, you have 5 days from the time it arrives to your location, from the post office, to contact me, with photos, for a refund or replacement. Plates are tested visually! Any opened plates or any plates that have any samples removed from transfer or otherwise will NOT be replaced! Replacement plates will take up to 10 days to be shipment ready as they are made to order. Any damaged or lost packages caused by the postal carrier or during travel will not be replaced or refunded. Once tracking information is updated to your invoice, we have dropped your package off to the carrier, therefore the package is no longer in our possession and therefore not our responsibility for anything that happens during travel. As the consumer, it is your responsibility to make sure that you enter the correct shipping information (correct name, correct address). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a safe place to receive your package, as well. International orders that are stopped and returned by Customs will NOT be refunded. It is your responsibility to know your countries laws and regulations and you take the risk to have it delivered or denied. LC was contaminated on three agar trays. Reached out to the vendor and he was super unprofessional. Ended up saying the contamination was on my end even though he has reviews in the past claiming this specific type of LC was contaminated. Too egotistical to admit when he messed up, didn’t resend. Only refunded half my money. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable product/vendor. Edit: Vendor has pulled the product from his shop, further proving it was contamination on his end. Blocked me so I will never receive an apology…

Fast Delivery- Super Clean LC, took it to agar then straight to grain after no contaim.
All is in order
Everything arrived within a decent time frame. I started three test plates for contam immediately and some spawn. All samples are clean and vigourus and well into colonization. I am a happey camper. I was even hooked up with a freebie! Thank you so much! The specimens I recieved are very strong indeed! Well taken care of and in good order. I would say they are very mature and have been ruinously selected. Thank you for your tenured products!
Fake Genetics
The plate arrived clean and somewhat colonized. I did a transfer to test before putting it to grain. Everything colonized quickly and normally but just wouldn’t trigger pinning. It sat like this for a full month before I reached out to the vendor and asked if they needed anything special since they were a Nat cross. I’d never worked with them before so I understood maybe I was doing something wrong. He told me to “just be patient”. I let it ride for a bit longer before I cutting some additional slits for FAE. This did trigger pinning but at this point the mycelium was starting to show bacterial infection so I was unable to yield much from the bag. At this point I reached out to the vendor and mentioned that they resembled neither the leucistic traits of the AA+ nor the long stringy-ness of Natalensis. He said “you mentioned it got infected— that’s probably why”. So I started over and tried the clean plate transfers on 5 more bags. All of the bags fruited totally clean and yielded the exact same unremarkable fruits. I asked the vendor if I could see a reference of what they were *supposed* to look like and he ghosted me. After talking to several other folks and trusted cultivators in the community I found out, this is not an isolated incident. Everybody I talked to had the very similar experiences. I’m not sure why there are so many positive reviews, but that’s why I’m writing this— because nobody else has. I gave 2 stars because the plate was clean and at least in the beginning the vendor was responsive. Nevermind the fact it was all bs

Mix-up.
There was a mix-up and I was sent cubensis spores instead of Panaeolus spores. Vendor corrected the issue by sending replacements and removing the incorrect product page. In my opinion, any vendor that can admit a mistake and make corrections is Grade-A.

Awesome genetics and very clean cultures, out of the 30 syringes I've had so far I haven't experienced any contamination, all have been clean and very healthy with loads of mycelium in each syringe. Poseidons Finger which is a micofroots Iso is definitely worth checking out for those that like to study under the microscope way faster than normal.

Plates arrived wrapped 4 at a time in saran, not individually wrapped as in previous orders. Lots of condensation, one plate was contaminated. Contacted vendor, agreed to replace contaminated plate, but failed to send replacements individually wrapped.

Great Experience, MiCo immediately responded after order was submitted and made sure all of my selected items were available and accommodated my request with extra swabs. He was super helpful, he was the only one from 5 suppliers to write me back and help me to find the strain I was actually looking for. although that strain isn't up for sale yet he was able to plate it up and get it sent out in no time and it arrived Clean and colonized. On top of that i made a mistake when i first placed the order. they helped me process a refund and get the right order placed that same day. Im very happy with the service and standards. I forgot to add he also throw me a free swab of peacock which i put to agar and had zero contamination from the plate or the swab. Thanks MicoFroots

This was my third order from MICoFroots after receiving two stunning research plates prior. I wish I could upload a picture of the p. tampanensis -- and the surprise AMVP! I had planned to start playing with TATs, so the AMVP plate made my day. As always, shipping was stupid-fast, but more importantly the plates are beautiful. MICoFroots was my first time ordering plates online and there's a reason I haven't needed to order from anywhere else.
