Received JMF instead of Golden Mammoth

Wrong order but live culture arrived

Ordered the customer pick 6 Live culture looks really good , even the syringe shines I originally came for the jackfrost 2.0 as its only available here atm , and knock off a few strains off my list to get other strains unavailable here (shipping cost ) Being a new user it was hard navigating the site and finding the order notes when having to copy and paste order numbers and enter cash app etc .. a lot going on Sent a message with my order list but as disclaimer said my list was picked for me . An expensive lesson to learn , that being noted they should really consider changing the color of “order notes “ both to make it easy for first time users to find and for venders to refer to the color for new user to find I had to reorder my list from another vendor as they had a few strains I needed aside from the jackfrost 2.0 That doesn’t really deter me from placing an order in the future . Just a lesson learned when ordering

Shipping was great. Received them in good time. And Customer Service is top notch. Just my opinion from experience, there are a handful of vendors that need to strive for this level of Customer Service.
