Was a little nervous, as I have never ordered from this site and Controlled Chaos's prices seemed too good to be true. Had a slight shipping issue that the vendor corrected within 2 hours! Amazing customer service! The swabs were professionally collected (actually swab and not gill smashed). Got the most beautiful Shakti plate I have ever seen (didn't skimp on Agar... it was well made MEA!). Even threw in several extras. If this vendor sold everything, I would never order from anyone else!
