Turkey tail is a unique fungi that forms large flushes of small multicoloured conks. It makes a fantastic tea and offers a whole host of health benefits. This one is extremely hardy: make a grow block and forget about it in a shady spot for a few months, and you’ll enjoy a fruitful harvest with very little effort.
