Flammulina velutipes

A delicious mushroom that forms tall slender golden fruits, many may be familiar with the white variety found in many grocery stores. This is a unique culture however, which has a distinct colouration and makes a fantastic addition to soups and stir fries. Performs very well when grown directly in a bag: open the top, and return not long after to harvest dense clusters.
