The King Blue Oyster is a cross between the Blue Oyster mushroom, and the Elm Oyster mushroom. This mushroom is an optimum combination of the two! With the nutritional facts being closely related to that of Elm or Blue oysters. This was a project by Mossy Creak Mushrooms. Not a cross of just blue and king oyster it is actually elm not king it’s crossed with. Boasting both an amazing shelf life and great a great texture. Colors are amazing from a dark rich blue when grown in cooler conditions and softer lighter sky blue when grown in warmer conditions. Used across commercial farms all over the world. Because, it is an all around great work horse and with a stable shelf life too.
