This is a di-mon cross using monokaryon liquid culture. The Rusty Whyte dikaryon donates one of the nuclei to the Toque monokaryon, thus forming a new genetic combination which is capable of producing normal fruits and spores.
Here is a video showing how it was done using my monokaryon liquid culture shot directly into a grain spawn bag. Same basic idea with an agar piece.
