Psilocybe Subaeruginosa is an active species of woodloving fungi, that originates from Australia/New Zealand. Its closley related to Psilocybe Azurescens, and shares many characteristics.

This species usually exhibits very high levels of psilocybin, and is observed fruiting in cold weather (from fall to winter) in woodchips or soil with mixed woody debris.
