In my opinion, they were slow to ship — several days after ordering. Many other sellers communicate and set expectations about shipping times. A tracking number would be great. On top of all of this, the responsiveness to inquiries leaves something to be desired. I think asking for a little better communication isn’t much. I’ve now lost $30.
