★•°☆DISCLAIMER☆°•★ All cultures are on 60X15mm plates. Some cultures will be plated at the time of purchase, so please allow 5-10 days for shipping. I must see adequate growth before shipping. Spore Prints, and Swabs will ship within 2-3 days, unless a culture is ordered at the same time. Then all products will be shipped out at the same time. At that point a tracking number will be provided. You have 10 days to provide me pictures of contaminated plates from the time of delivery or no replacements will be issued. In case of contamination please allow me time to replate and scope to verify it’s contaminate free when it leaves my lab. Not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If package arrives damaged please take pictures, and even better to video opening said package. I will work with you as long as you have evidence. Packages delivered to non existent addresses and names that are returned, will not be refunded unless it was my mistake. International Shipping Customers order at your own risk. It is the customers responsibility to know their countries laws. Any packages returned for ANY other reason than it being too damaged to be delivered or a clerical error on our part will NOT be refunded. If you want it re-shipped, after it is returned to us, you must pay to have it shipped again.
