Mycelium will quickly die below 33F and above 95F. We will not be able to replace orders that have shipped to freezing or hot locations and do not include rush shipping and a heat / cold pack. Our laboratory is positive pressurized, filtered, UV lit and ozone is used to ensure contaminates are not only filtered, but also destroyed. We have developed some of our own custom laboratory equipment and take great pride in advancing the science of mycology. We ship on Monday and Thursday USPS First Class from Phoenix, Arizona.
