We provide FREE SHIPPING, order tracking, and careful packaging with EVERY shipment. We are not responsible for damage to packages in transit, lost or stolen packages, or for incorrect shipping information. If your package is delivered to an area experiencing freezing temperatures or extreme heat, please do not allow the package to remain outside for extended periods to avoid damage to your items. At this time, international shipping is only available for microscopy spore swabs. No other items will be sent globally. Always exercise due diligence prior to ordering, as we do not accept any responsibility for orders placed to regions where microscopy use of any particular species is not permitted. Psilocybe products will not be replaced or refunded if they are used for any purpose outside of microscopy, including grain spawn inoculation. Customer satisfaction is our guarantee.
