Originally collected in 1994 in KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa and at the Royal Natal National Park in 1998, this species was once thought to be a cubensis but recent genetic testing proves it to be a completely different species with unique attributes. Extremely rhizomorphic with a heavy matted mycelial network and being incredibly vigorous and resistant to disease gives this mushroom the deserving title of Natal Super Strain. Very dark bluish green bruising. Spore syringes come with an alcohol prep pad and sterile 18g needle. For microscope use only.
