Package Came without Items

As I have previously purchased with SS before, I was expecting a speedy, but careful delivery. Today I woke about an hour after it was marked delivered. It was covered in a clear weather resistant baggie to protect it from getting wet or muddy. Only problem is, the envelope was empty, so what in the world were they trying to weather-proof? My last order was #18831 I will buy a few more syringes to replace the ones lost, I am also going to speak to my local post office and see if they have any ideas of where it might be. I know it wasn't Spore Swap's fault, but if they cannot find the 2 GT syringes I've ordered, may we discuss a refund, coupon, or some kind of store credit? Thank you for reading, I do hope you look into whatever had happened.
