How the shipping company treats packages is out of our control. Contact your local postal office to track down lost packages. Tracking is provided with every order. If there is any issue with your order please contact us for a resolution BEFORE leaving a rating. There occasionally is a delay in receiving some orders for unknown reasons, we do our best to send out orders as quickly as possible whenever they are received. If you have ordered any plates please allow up to a week before they are shipped as most are made to order and we like to make sure they are clean growth before sending out.
