Shipping Policy
Packages are shipped in boxes or bubble mailers. We do not ship swabs in standard envelopes without tracking information. There is a flat rate of $5 for all orders within the United States. All international orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $30. All shipments will be provided with tracking information.
Return Policy
Any products that are lost, damaged, or contaminated will be replaced as long as contact is made and pictures are provided (research syringes must be tested on agar) within 10 days of receiving the package.
