Needs better syringes
Posted onOctober 3, 2025 by NeonsporesOrdered 3 different syringes, with every single one of them had issues with the syringes getting clogged with mycellium. Never had this problem so wasted about 4 grain bags and 2 syringes figuring out the issue. Tried shredding the others and worked a little bit better, but hopefully will have no contam issues and the other 12 bags all grow out. Luckily I had a box of extra syringes on hand to swap out when it clogged. Also had issue with the poor plunger in the syringes that were very flimsy and almost fell out, allowing air to get into one syringe, hopefully doesnt contaminate. But i'm excited for the genetics and hopefully majority of it gets past colonization.
