Return Policy
To be considered for a refund or replacement, you must contact us about any issues within 10 days of package delivery, except for issues with research plates. If there are any issues with research plates you must contact us within 5 days of package delivery and photo proof must be provided. Psilocybe products will not be replaced or refunded if they are used for any purpose outside of microscopy, including grain spawn inoculation. Please send us a message through the “contact vendor” form, or send us a message on our Facebook page and we will gladly assist you in the order that your message is received.
