Clean plate but it just got started

The plate looks clean but the only complaint I have is that the plate just got started not too long ago. I was hoping to receive a fully grown out plate but it looks like I'm going to have to wait 2 weeks for that to be. EDIT: I just learned that's how it's supposed to be. I've revised this to a 5, and I've put in another order with this vendor.
